In accordance with the provisions planned for the reparations process, the High Commissioner for Reconciliation and Strengthening National Unity (HCRRUN) is publishing below the list of 137 “vulnerable victims “ as identified by the CVJR.
Furthermore, HCRRUN informs the public that additional arrangements will be made with administrative, traditional, religious, and local authorities to transport these victims to Lomé for psycho-medical care and the payment of their reparations.
For identification purposes, victims are requested to bring at least one of the following documents:
- A passport;
- A national identity card;
- A voter card;
- A driver’s license;
- Or any other document featuring an identity photo
HCRRUN expresses its compassion to the victims and commends their patience while awaiting their respective turn for reparations.
