This is the High Commission for Reconciliation and Strengthening National Unity. It was created on the proposal of the Truth, Justice and Reconciliation Commission (CVJR) in accordance with Recommendation No. 57, which suggests the creation by law of a body responsible for implementing the [relevant legislation/initiative].
