In accordance with the provisions established for the reparations process, the High Commission for Reconciliation and Strengthening National Unity (HCRRUN) hereby publishes the list of 137 “vulnerable victims” identified by the CVJR.
HCRRUN further informs the public that additional arrangements will be made with administrative, traditional, religious, and local authorities to facilitate the transportation of these victims to Lomé for medical and psychological care, as well as for the payment of their reparations.
For identification purposes, victims are requested to present at least one of the following documents:
- Passport;
- National Identity Card;
- Voter Card;
- Driver’s Licence;
- Or any other document bearing a photograph and confirming their identity.
HCRRUN extends its compassion to the victims and commends their patience while awaiting their respective turn in the reparations process.
