The High Commission for Reconciliation and Strengthening of National Unity (HCRRUN) launched the proceedings of its workshop on reflection and exchange on political and institutional reforms this Thursday, July 7, 2016, at its headquarters in Lomé. This took place during a press conference led by Mrs. Awa Nana Daboya, President of the Institution, accompanied by the two rapporteurs, Dr. Evalo Wiyao and Mrs. Claudine Kpondzo-Ahianyo.

The journalists were informed of the objectives that HCRRUN aims to achieve by organizing this workshop, namely, the creation of favorable conditions for the formulation and implementation of political and institutional reforms in Togo. This will be achieved through 5 panel discussions that will enable the participants, and through them the entire Togolese people, to have a common understanding of the concept of political and institutional reforms, as well as the spirit and letter in which the CVJR formulated them.

After a series of questions and answers, the President of HCRRUN took this opportunity to communicate to the journalists the address of the Institution’s website, www.hcrrun-tg.org.
