In her capacity as Ombudsman of the Republic of Togo, Mrs. Awa NANA Daboya, President of HCRRUN, hosted her counterparts from the sub-region in Lomé from February 25 to 28, 2019 for an extraordinary general assembly of the Association of Ombudsmen of WAEMU Member Countries (AMP UEMOA).
The purpose of this meeting was to validate, on the one hand, the biennial action plan of the new AMP UEMOA President, Mr. Ali SIRFI, elected in October 2018 during the 5th General Assembly of the association, and on the other hand, to endorse the work of the Committee of Experts convened in Niamey from December 15 to 19, 2018.
The meeting was held at the Hôtel 2 Février and brought together delegations from each member country of this association.
