Mrs. Awa Nana Daboya, President of HCRRUN, co-chaired with Mrs. Marceline Mensah Pierucci, Chair of the Board of Directors of the West African Network for Peacebuilding (WANEP-Togo), a discussion forum held on 11 March 2016 at HCRRUN’s headquarters in Lomé.Organised to mark International Women’s Day, this discussion forum focused on the theme of the year: “Planet 50-50 by 2030. Let’s Take the Step for Gender Equality.”
This activity, sponsored by HCRRUN, brought together around fifty women mediators from WANEP-Togo and other organisations advocating for women’s rights. The two Rapporteurs of HCRRUN, Mr. Evalo WIYAO and Mrs. Claudine KPONDZO AHIANYO, as well as several staff members, also took part.
