A total of 100 non-vulnerable victims from Lomé-Commune and 44 from the Avé Prefecture are expected this week at HCRRUN headquarters to receive their compensation. This marks the beginning of the compensation phase for some non-vulnerable victims of the 2005 events, which will continue with victims from other localities across the country according to a schedule that will be published by HCRRUN.
