100 non-vulnerable victims from Lomé-Commune and 44 from the Avé Prefecture are expected this week at HCRRUN headquarters for their compensation. This marks the start of the compensation phase for some of the non-vulnerable victims of 2005, which will continue with those from other cities across the country according to a schedule that will be made public by HCRRUN.
