The President of HCRRUN and Mediator of the Republic declared her assets
The President of HCRRUN and Mediator of the Republic declared her assets on Monday, January 24, 2022. In accordance with the provisions of Articles 5 and 11 of Organic Law No. 2020-003 of January 24, 2020, as amended by Organic Law No. 2021-13 of July 1, 2021, Ms. Amadou Aboudou Nana Awa declared her assets and holdings before the Constitutional Court within ninety (90) days of taking the oath of office. As a reminder, the President of the HCRRUN took the oath of office as Ombudsman of the Republic on October 24, 2021.

“We take note of this declaration. A report will therefore be drawn up to serve and be valid as required by law,” declared Mr. Assouma after receiving the declaration document from the Ombudsman of the Republic. He was assisted on this occasion by two assessors, Mr. Mipamb Nahm-Tchougli and Mr. Jérôme Koffi Amékoudi, both members of the Constitutional Court.
The ceremony was held behind closed doors at the headquarters of the highest constitutional court in Lomé.
