To prepare for this new series of activities, the Institution and all stakeholders involved in the process are holding a working retreat from Monday, October 15 to Friday, October 19, 2018, in Atakpam\u00e9. Members and Staff of HCRRUN, those of the Special Compensation Fund Management Committee, officials from the NGO Aimes-Afrique, Bailiffs, and Resource Persons are spending these five days planning this phase.  &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nearly 5,340 victims, including 436 vulnerable individuals, are concerned by this second phase, which marks the beginning of the execution of the 5 billion CFA francs allocated by the Togolese State for the 2018 fiscal year.<\/p>\n<p>Initially, vulnerable victims will receive medical and psychological care and their compensation. The operation will take place at the Institution&#8217;s headquarters in Cit\u00e9 OUA in Lom\u00e9.  &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It will then continue in the interior of the country at the sites of Poles 1 and 2 (Kara and Atakpam\u00e9) with non-vulnerable victims.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Following the first phase of compensation, concluded by a review conference on September 26, HCRRUN announces the start of a second phase for next November.
