According to Mr. Wiyao Evalo, First Rapporteur of HCRRUN, this phase is being implemented through the allocation of <strong>CFAF 5 billion<\/strong> provided by the Government of Togo under the <strong>2018 national budget<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A HCRRUN delegation led by the Second Rapporteur will be in <strong>An\u00e9ho<\/strong> from <strong>11 to 13 February<\/strong> to compensate non-vulnerable victims from the prefectures of <strong>Lacs, Bas-Mono, and Vo<\/strong>. The delegation will then travel to <strong>Kpalim\u00e9<\/strong> from <strong>14 to 16 February<\/strong> to serve victims from the prefectures of <strong>Kloto, Agou, Kp\u00e9l\u00e9, and Dayes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the delegation led by the First Rapporteur will be in <strong>Atakpam\u00e9<\/strong> from <strong>11 to 16 February<\/strong> to receive and compensate victims from the prefectures of <strong>Ogou, Ani\u00e9, Amou, Ak\u00e9bou, Wawa, Est-Mono, Haho, and Moyen-Mono<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Part of the <strong>CFAF 5 billion<\/strong> allocation will also finance the launch of <strong>community reparations programmes<\/strong> and <strong>tribute initiatives honouring distinguished figures in the nation&#8217;s history<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Following the completion of this phase in the Maritime and Plateaux Regions, HCRRUN teams will continue the compensation programme in the country&#8217;s northern regions, where non-vulnerable victims will also receive reparations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As announced in a statement issued last week, the High Commission for Reconciliation and the Strengthening of National Unity (HCRRUN) is continuing its compensation programme for victims in the Maritime and Plateaux Regions from 11 to 16 February 2019.
