The aim is to get closer to victims in order to reduce the difficulties associated with travelling to regional capitals. Thus, this new phase began on Monday, 25 January 2021 simultaneously in Tohoun, in the Moyen-Mono Prefecture, for victims of that prefecture, and in Bassar for those of the said prefecture and of Dankpen. An approach warmly welcomed by local authorities, who expressed their full gratitude to the Togolese government through the President of HCRRUN.   <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hcrrun-tg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/a-20210125_114220.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8849\" width=\"387\" height=\"290\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hcrrun-tg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/a-20210125_114220.jpg 640w, https:\/\/hcrrun-tg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/a-20210125_114220-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hcrrun-tg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/a-20210125_114220-380x285.jpg 380w, https:\/\/hcrrun-tg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/a-20210125_114220-253x189.jpg 253w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 387px) 100vw, 387px\" \/><figcaption>The Prefect of Bassar handing a cheque to a victim and offering him the apologies of the Togolese State<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<p>These compensation sessions will continue according to the programme below:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>For the Plateaux-Est Region<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>25 and 26 January 2021 at the Tohoun Community Centre for victims of the Moyen-Mono Prefecture;<\/li><li>27 January 2021 in the hall of the former Prefectural Council in Nots\u00e8 for victims of the Haho Prefecture;<\/li><li>28 and 29 January 2021 at the Havi-Lonlon Centre in Badou for victims of the Akebou and Wawa Prefectures;<\/li><li>30 January 2021 at the central school in Amlam\u00e9 for victims of the Amou Prefecture;<\/li><li>1<sup>st<\/sup> February 2021 in the prefecture meeting room in Elavagnon for victims of the Est-Mono Prefecture;<\/li><li>from 2 to 6 and from 8 to 10 February 2021 at the Directorate of Social Action in Atakpam\u00e9 for victims of the Ogou and Ani\u00e9 Prefectures, as well as latecomers from all other prefectures.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p> <strong>For the Kara Region<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>25 to 27 January 2021 at the Bassar Prefecture for victims of the Bassar and Dankpen Prefectures;<\/li><li>28 to 30 January 2021 at the Niamtougou Cultural Centre for victims of the Doufelgou Prefecture;<\/li><li> 1<sup>st<\/sup> to 2 February 2021 at the Kant\u00e9 Community Centre for victims of the K\u00e9ran Prefecture;<\/li><li>3 to 5 February 2021 at the Pagouda Community Centre for victims of the Binah Prefecture;<\/li><li>6 February 2021 at the Bafilo Community Centre for victims of the Assoli Prefecture;<\/li><li>8 to 10 February 2021 at the Directorate of Social Action in Kara for victims of the Kozah Prefecture, as well as latecomers from all other prefectures.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Peacekeeping action: One year after the start of the implementation of the Declaration of Common Commitments The year 2021 begins at HCRRUN with a new approach as part of Phase IV of the victim compensation component.
