Before the press and guests from the institutions of the Republic and ministerial departments, diplomatic representatives, traditional leaders and local elected officials, Mrs Awa Nana Daboya reported on her institution\u2019s activities during 2021 and presented a financial report. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hcrrun-tg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/DSC_0018.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9083\" width=\"586\" height=\"281\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hcrrun-tg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/DSC_0018.jpg 640w, https:\/\/hcrrun-tg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/DSC_0018-300x144.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 586px) 100vw, 586px\" \/><figcaption>From left to right: the Prefect of Ago\u00e8-Nyiv\u00e9, Col Awade Hodabalo, Mrs Awa Nana Daboya and Joseph Kokou Koffigoh<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<p>This exercise shows that for the year 2021, 7 billion were mobilised for the reparations programme and total expenditure amounted to 5,864,856,499 FCFA for 7,010 individual victims compensated, collective and community reparations as well as operating costs, leaving a surplus balance of 1,135,143,501 FCFA.<\/p>\n\n<p>The various stakeholders involved in the compensation process then provided further clarification to the audience through various presentations. It emerges that, in addition to individual compensation for non-vulnerable victims, community reparations are being implemented. These include, in particular, the construction of the Reconciliation Fountain inaugurated on 16 December in Barkoissi in the Oti prefecture, and the start of construction of a CMS and a school building in the prefectures of Blitta and Sotouboua, as well as the construction of latrines at the Dj\u00e9r\u00e9houy\u00e9 public primary school.  <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hcrrun-tg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/DSC_0120.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9081\" width=\"521\" height=\"273\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hcrrun-tg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/DSC_0120.jpg 640w, https:\/\/hcrrun-tg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/DSC_0120-300x157.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 521px) 100vw, 521px\" \/><figcaption>Mr Ametonou Eva, President of the Management Committee of the Special Compensation Fund, presenting the financial report<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<p>Approximately 19 billion have been mobilised since the start of the process in December 2017 for a total of 20,278 individual victims compensated and several other achievements under community and collective reparations.
