Organized by the High Commission for Reconciliation and National Unity (HCRRUN), this workshop brings together actors from Togo&#8217;s social and political life for 5 days. The solemn opening ceremony featured three addresses: the welcome speech by the President, Ms. Awa Nana Daboya; the inaugural lecture by Prof. Dodzi Kokorodo, President of the University of Lom\u00e9, on the concept of political and institutional reforms; and the opening speech by Prime Minister Komi Selom Klassou, representing the Head of State. All urged the participants to work towards broadening the understanding of political and institutional reforms in Togo.   <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This solemn ceremony was followed by a preliminary presentation on the HCRRUN&#8217;s journey with the APG, specifically the spirit and letter of the reforms as contained in the CVJR Recommendations, presented by Bishop Nicod\u00e8me Barrigah-B\u00e9nissan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The afternoon was dedicated to Panel 1, led by Messrs.
