There are 137 of them across the entire country. These are victims who still bear serious physical or psychological after-effects and require care <\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Arrangements have been made with the administrative, traditional, religious and local authorities to transport these victims to Lom\u00e9 for psycho-medical care as well as compensation.<\/p>\n<p>According to officials of the NGO AIMES-Afrique, which is responsible for this psycho-medical care, &#8221;&nbsp;<em>around twenty doctors from different specialties (Psychology, Surgery, Ophthalmology, Stomatology, Medicine, ENT, Neurology, Urology, Gynecology) have been mobilized to enable vulnerable victims with after-effects in their bodies to regain their health or to be relieved of the ailments from which they suffer<\/em>&nbsp;&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Arrangements have been made with the Ministry of Health to facilitate access to the Sylvanus Olympio and Campus University Hospitals, the Lom\u00e9-Commune Regional Hospital and the B\u00e8 Hospital for victims who will require more in-depth tests and\/or treatments.
